The first event of the FIM Speedway World Cup will happen on July 7th, 2012 and it will be at the ZKS Polonia Stadium in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Event number two will be on July 9th and then there will be a race off that happens on the 12th of July. Event number two is at the Norfolk Arena, which is in King's Lynn, Great Britain, and the race off will be held at the Malilla MK in Malilla, Sweden. Finally, the series will have the final, which is going to be on July 14th and will be held at the same location as the race off.
Last year, we had Jason Crump come out to be the top driver in the first heat, followed by Krzystof Kasprzak who took second. Andreas Jonsson was third and the fourth placed driver in that heat was Mads Korneliussen. Moving onto the second heat of the 2011 edition of the Speedway World Cup we had Fredrik Lindgren come in at first place, followed by Jaroslaw Hampel who took second. Then, Bjarne Pederesen ended up taking third in the second heat and our fourth placed driver was Darcy Ward.
